Tournament Page) The higher seeds ruled the day, as all four won their quarterfinal game at the 2023 American Midwest Conference (AMC) Women's Basketball Tournament.

Game 1: (2) Missouri Baptist def. (7) William Woods, 66-55

Game 2: (3) Health Sciences & Pharmacy def. (6) Lyon, 72-68

- The Eutectics outscored the Scots 27-16 in the final quarter.
- Lyon held a sizeable advantage in bench points, 24-2.
- Grace Beyer (UHSP) led all scorers with 35 points, including 13-13 from the foul line. She added eight rebounds and six assists in the win.
- Elizabeth Allanach chipped in with 15 points for the Eutectics.
- Victoria McDougall brought down an UHSP high 10 rebounds.
- Despite the loss, the Scots had three players score in double figures - Allison Byars (21), Natalya Kaza (12) and Savanna Lopez (12).
- Lopez added 11 rebounds for a double-double for the Scots.
Game 3: (4) Williams Baptist def. (5) Stephens, 64-58

- The Eagles held the Stars to a 27-percent shooting performance from the field.
- Williams Baptist held a 26-18 advantage in points in the paint.
- There were four ties and five lead changes in the game.
- Tristan Richards (16), Kaylee Clark (15) and Reesa Hampton (10) led the Eagles in scoring.
- WBU went 5-16 from deep.
- Alayasia Doublas led the Stars with 19 points.
- Arthel Massaquoi added 15 points for Stephens and brought down a team-best nine rebounds.
Game 4: (1) Columbia def. (8) Cottey, 84-48
Box Score
- The Cougars shot 52% (32-61) from the field and 36% (9-25) from behind the 3-point arc.
- CC won the rebound battle, 39-24.
- 34 of the Cougars 84 points came from bench players.
- Mallory Stetley led the Cougars with 16 points on 7-10 shooting. Mackenzie Hess and Peyton Crowe contributed with 11 points each.
- 11 different players scored for Columbia.
- Sarah Hunt led the Comets with 12 points, going 5-8 from the field. She added four rebounds, two assists and two blocks.
- Claudia Hadlock went 6-6 from the foul line and scored 11 points. She grabbed seven boards.
