Beyer, Shetley, Taylor Named NAIA Women's Basketball All-Americans

Kansas City, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2023 NAIA Women’s Basketball All-America Teams.
 
The American Midwest Conference (AMC) saw three players named to the list.
 
Grace Beyer of Health Sciences & Pharmacy (Mo.) becomes a three-time All-American after being named to the Honorable-Mention Team in 2020-21 and the First-Team in 2021-22. The junior from Eagle, Wis. led the NAIA in scoring at 32.3 points per game. She had 19 games with 30-plus points on the season. She shot 43.4-percent from the field and 39.4-percent from behind the 3-point arc.
 
Columbia’s Mallory Shetley was named to the Honorable Mention team for the third-straight season. Shetley, a sophomore from Bourbon, Mo., shot 48.2-percent from the field and averaged 12.4 points per game in 2022-23. Additionally, she brought down 5.9 rebounds per game and dished out 2.7 assists per game.
 
Tionne Taylor of Missouri Baptist joins Shetley on the Honorable Mention team after scoring 15.7 points per game and shooting 37.7-percent from the field. She averaged 2.3 assists per game, 2.1 steals per game and 1.6 rebounds per game.
