KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Cebe Schneider, head cheer coach at Dickinson State (N.D.) is the 2025 Nfinity NAIA Competitive Cheer Coach of the Year after a third-place finish at this year’s Competitive Cheer National Championship in Michigan.

The 2025 championship was the fourth-consecutive for Schneider’s Blue Hawks, and this year’s finish was the program’s best and a scoring total of 96.38, a point back from second and less than two points from first.

Coming in to 2025, Dickinson State had a pair of fourth-place finishes in the championship, and the 2025 championship marked the Blue Hawks’ best-ever scoring total. Hosted by the Ann Arbor Sports Commission and Concordia University Ann Arbor, 15 cheer teams competed in the two-round competition.

Schneider also coached four All-Americans in 2025, two that were First-Team All-Americans.

She also earned AMC Coach of the Year after a second-place finish at the event. She coached six AMC First Team All-Conference and one AMC Second-Team. She also guided the group stunt that earned first-place and First Team All-Conference.
