St. Louis, Mo. – Parker Anderson of Columbia and Lawson DeVault of Crowley's Ridge were selected this week's American Midwest Conference (AMC) Baseball Players of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

AMC Baseball Hitter of the Week

Lawson DeVault, Crowley's Ridge

  • Led the Pioneers to a 2-3 record on the week, including a sweep over Maranatha Baptist.
  • Averaged .611 with a 1.500 slugging percentage and a .650 on-base percentage.
  • Went 11-for-18 with two doubles, a triple, and four homers.
  • Drove in 16 runs, while scoring 11 runs.

Other Notable Performance:

  • Alex Fernandez, Harris-Stowe: went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI in the win over Hannibal-LaGrange. Averaged .667 with a .667 slugging percentage and a .750 on-base percentage.

  • Joseph Mann, Harris-Stowe: in 9.0 innings pitched, he struck out nine while allowing 10 hits and one run in the 2-1 win over Hannibal-LaGrange
