2026 AMC Baseball All-Tournament Team Released, Kirkhuff Named MVP
Ozarks, Mo. - The American Midwest Conference (AMC) announced the 2026 Baseball All-Tournament Team. The 12-player team is led by Tournament Most Valuable Player Jaxon Kirkhuff an utility player from Central Baptist College.
The All-Tournament Team was selected by the five tournament-qualifying coaches. The MVP is voted on by a selection committee made up of the AMC staff and two coaches.
Kirkhuff contributed both at the plate and on the mound. In three games as a hitter, he's batting .417 (5-for-12) with two runs scored, three RBIs, and a home run, while posting an impressive .429 on-base percentage and .667 slugging percentage. On the pitching side, he threw 8.0 innings while allowing just one run on eight hits, striking out five and walking two to earn the win with an 0.00 ERA.
