St. Louis, Mo. – Cole Nichols of Crowley's Ridge and Rico Quinton of Williams Baptist were named this week's American Midwest Conference (AMC) Men's Basketball Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

  • Led the Pioneers to two wins this week over Cumberland and Southeastern Baptist
  • One rebound shy of a triple-double against Cumberland with 19 points, 12 assists and nine rebounds
  • Averaged 50 percent from the field, 42.9 percent from deep and remained perfect in the foul line

Other notable performance:

  • Deion Wesson, Williams Baptist: averaged 20.0 points in two games, scored 31 points in the win over Arkansas Baptist

  • Recorded 14 rebounds across two games and five assists
  • Posted a double-double over Arkansas Baptist
