Allison, Alvarado, Watts Named NAIA Soccer All-American
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2025 Men's and Women's Soccer All-American selections, with three players from the American Midwest Conference earning recognition.
Natalie Allison, Columbia:
Columbia College junior goalkeeper Natalie Allison earned her second consecutive All-American honor, being named to the Third Team after earning First Team recognition last season.
Allison totaled seven shutouts over 18 games played, capturing a save percentage of .814. In goal, she posted a record of 11-5-2, totaling 70 saves. Other notable awards include All-Conference First Team, AMC All-Tournament Team, NAIA Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 22), AMC Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 15, Sept. 22, Oct. 20), and Academic All-Conference honors.
Yajaira Alvarado, Williams Baptist:
Williams Baptist University junior forward Yajaira Alvarado earned the program's first-ever All-American honor with a selection to the Third Team.
Alvarado led the Eagles to a program-record 12 victories with a program-record 27-goal season. The Jonesboro, Ark. native led the American Midwest Conference in goals, points, and game-winning goals. She was also named AMC Player of the Year, AMC Newcomer of the Year, and AMC First Team All-Conference.
Cameron Watts, Columbia:
Columbia College senior midfielder Cameron Watts earned Third Team All-American status.
A native of Brighton, England, Watts received this honor for the first time in his career. He was also named American Midwest Conference (AMC) Player of the Year, All-AMC First Team, and Academic All-Conference. He played in all 19 contests for the Cougars, recording two goals and 10 assists.
