Denslow Earns All-America Status, Frantz Competes in Shot Put on Final Day of the NAIA Men's Indoor Track & Field National Championships

Brookings, S.D. - (NAIA Winter Championships Tracker Page | Results) On Saturday, the final day of the 2023 NAIA Men's Indoor Track & Field National Championships, the American Midwest Conference (AMC) saw two athletes compete.
Gavin Frantz (Columbia) got things started in the shot put. Frantz finished 21st with a mark of 14.66-meters, which came on his first throw.
Later in the afternoon, Donovan Denslow of Missouri Baptist competed in the finals of the 5000-meter run. Denslow placed fifth in the event with a time of 14:42.75 and earned All-America status.
As a team, Missouri Baptist finished in a tie for 19th with 14 team points.
