AMC Outdoor T&F Men’s Athletes of the Week – No. 1 (Mar. 23)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Garret Donald and Brenin Howell of Columbia swept this week's American Midwest Conference Men's Track and Field Athletes of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

- Competed in the UCM Invite
- Finished first in the 4x100 relay with a time of 42:17
- Placed first in the 200-meter dash with a 21:29 time
- Took home second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 48:13
Other notable performance:
- Emmanuel Bonsu, Harris-Stowe: finished fifth in the 200-meter dash and seventh in the 100-meter dash at the Miner Invitational.

- Competed at the UCM Invite
- Hit the NAIA "A" Standard in the shot put with a 16.99-meter toss. Finished in second place
- Earned the NAIA "B" Standard in discus with a 50.10-meter throw. Finished in fourth place
Other notable performance:
- Brett Bushue, UHSP: was a member of the team that broke the school record in the 4x100 relay. Placed third in pole vault with a 3.96-meter mark.
