ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Brenin Howell and Garret Donald of Columbia swept this week's American Midwest Conference Men's Track and Field Athletes of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

  • Competed in the CMU Invite
  • Finished second in the 200-meter (21.00) and in the 400-meter (46.83)
  • Placed third in the 4x400 relay (3:20.96) and seventh in the 4x100 relay (41.86)
  • Hit the NAIA "A" Standard in the 400-meter and broke the school record.
  • Hit the NAIA "B" Standard in the 200-meter while also setting a new program record.
  • The 4x400 relay team also set a new program record.

Other notable performance:

  • Evan McVey, UHSP: broke the school record in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.89 at the SEMO meet

  • Competed at the CMU Invite
  • Finished first in the shot put with a 16.51-meter toss
  • Placed 14th in the hammer throw with a 44.09-meter throw
  • Earned a 15th place finish in the javelin with a 28.27-meter mark

Other notable performance:

  • Kristopher St. Clair, UHSP: broke the UHSP record in the discus throw with a 41.03-meter mark
