AMC Cross Country Runners of the Week - No. 1 (Sept. 5)

St. Louis, Mo. - Donovan Denslow of Missouri Baptist and Jada O'Donnell of Columbia (Mo.) have been selected as the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Cross Country Runners of the Week, the league announced on Monday. The duo was selected based on their performances from August 29 - September 4.

Both players are now eligible for the NAIA Cross Country Runner of the Week which is announced on Wednesday.

Jr. | Eolia, Mo.

• Finished first 8^th at the 2022 SEMO Redhawks Invite.
• Ran the 6K course in a time of 18:55.00.
• Holds the fastest 6K time in the conference.

Other Notable Performance:

• Alexander Dukes, Columbia (Mo.): Placed first at the Principia Home Opener with a time of 19:42 (6K).
