AMC Cross Country Runners of the Week - No. 5 (Sept. 30)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Madalenn Fee of Cottey College and Chris Palmer of Central Baptist earned this week's American Midwest Conference cross country runners of the week, announced the league this afternoon.

Both runners are now eligible for NAIA Men's and Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week which is announced on Wednesday.

• Competed in the 6k race at the Gans Creek Classic
• Set a new school record with a time of 22:37

AMC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week
Chris Palmer, Central Baptist
Fr. | Greenbrier, Ark.

• Set a new program record
• Finished 10^th amongst NAIA competitors in the field
• Finished the 8k race with a time of 29:20 at the Prairie Fire Pepper XC Festival
