St. Louis, Mo. – Taviah Bradley of Central Baptist and Kennedy Jensen of Columbia were selected this week's American Midwest Conference (AMC) Softball Players of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon. 

AMC Softball Hitter of the Week

Taviah Bradley, Central Baptist

Jr. | 3B | Russellville, Ark.

  • Led the Mustangs to a 2-2 week, including wins over Point and William Woods.
  • Hit .400 (6-for-15) with an .800 slugging percentage and 0.400 on-base percentage on the weekend.
  • Hit one double, one triple, one homer, and drove in eight runs.
  • Stole one base.

Other Notable Performance:

  • Addyson Carithers, Hannibal-LaGrange: had 11 hits, one RBI, two runs, and two stolen bases on the week.

AMC Softball Pitcher of the Week

Kennedy Jensen, Columbia

Sr. | P | St. Charles, Mo.

  • Led the Cougars to a win over NCAA DII Quincy.
  • Earned the win in the circle with the complete-game 3-1 victory.
  • Struck out seven while allowing eight hits and one run, with an ERA of 1.00.

Other Notable Performance

  • Karlea Frey, UHSP: Led the Eutectics to a split at Mid America Nazarene. Earned a win in the circle and struck out six with a 1.50 ERA.
