ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Lena Hunziker and Emma Whitson of Stephens, and Saniah Files of Harris-Stowe earned American Midwest Conference Women's Volleyball Players of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

All three are now eligible for the NAIA Volleyball Players of the Week which is announced on Tuesday.

AMC Volleyball Attacker of the Week
Lena Hunziker, Stephens
Jr. | OH | Lyss, Switzerland
  • Led the Stars to two sweeps over Mission and Williams Baptist and a four-set win over Cottey
  • Recorded 34 kills and averaged 3.40 kills per set
  • Added five service aces, 27 digs and four total blocks
  • Second AMC of the week award of the season
Other Notable Performance:
  • Serafina Auberry, Cottey: averaged 2.41 kills per set in five matches, added 20 digs and five blocks.

  • Jenna Brinson, UHSP: totaled 98 assists in three matches with an average of 9.80 assists per set. Added two service aces and 26 digs.
  • Hannah Maxwell, Mission: had 104 assists in three matches, while averaging 8.00 assists per set. Added seven service aces and 40 digs.
