Pena-Perez Earned Stephens First-Ever NAIA Volleyball All-American Honor

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2025 Volleyball All-American selections and Jatnna Pena-Perez of Stephens College earned the program's first-ever award.

Stephens College senior Jatnna Pena-Perez capped off her career with her first-ever NAIA All-American Third Team honor.
Pena-Perez made history this season as the first player from the school to earn Player of the Year honors. She also became just the second athlete ever to be named Defensive Player of the Year twice. She is the first-ever athlete to win both Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year in the same year. She was also named to the AMC All-Tournament Team.
She finished the year leading the conference in digs per set (5.33) and digs (624). She also ranked 21st nationally in digs per set and 22nd in digs.
