Season Preview: Women's Cross Country
ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The 2019 American Midwest Conference (AMC) women's cross country season is set to begin on Friday. Preview the upcoming season, including the AMC Preseason Coaches' Poll below.
Season Highlights:
- The season will begin on Aug. 30 with Lyon (Ark.) hosting the Lyon College Invitational. Lyon and Williams Baptist (Ark.) will compete in the race.
- On Sept. 21, three AMC schools – Williams Baptist, Lyon and Missouri Baptist - will compete at the Missouri Southern Stampede in Joplin, Mo.
- Columbia (Mo.) will host a meet on Oct. 5 at the newly created Gans Creek Cross Country course. Missouri Baptist, Park, Columbia, Missouri Baptist and William Woods will compete at the meet.
- St. Louis Pharmacy (Mo.) will travel to Orlando, Fla. to compete at the Disney XC Classic on Oct. 12.

AMC Conference Tournament:
The AMC Women's Cross Country Conference Championships will return to Elsah, Ill. on Nov. 8th. The event will take place at Principia College.

The 64th Annual NAIA Men's Cross Country National Championships will take place Nov. 22, in Vancouver, Washington.
